# How to be an Interpreter on Zoom

1. After the host activates the interpretation feature on zoom, you will receive a message that you have been assigned. Click OK\

2. As an interpreter you will hear the original meeting audio which you should translate. Participants in a language channel will hear your translation and also the original audio at a lower volume.<br>
